Andre Ramsey

Andre is a Junior at Harvard College studying Social Studies with a focus on the intersections of race, gender and socio-economic status on mass incarceration in modern America and African American Studies. Within Harvard Model Congress, Andre is a senior staffer for HMC Europe and serves as the Chief of Staff for Harvard Model Congress Boston 2025! Outside of HMC, Andre is a Peer Advising Fellow for first-year students at Harvard and enjoys using his free time to grab coffee, go to the gym and “drop his crunch” at spin class. He thrilled to forge the future with each of you at HMCSF 2025!

Hiral M. Chavre

Hiral is a sophomore in Pfoho, studying Neuroscience with a secondary in English. She is from Long Island, New York and spends her free time watching episodes of her comfort sitcom, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and working with anything arts & crafts. Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Hiral is a dancer with the Harvard Bhangra team, a news writer for The Crimson, and involved with the Institute of Politics. Hiral is so excited to see everyone at HMCSF 2025!

Sam Schumann

Sam is a senior in Currier House concentrating in history and linguistics, with a language citation in Spanish. Outside of HMC, he loves playing intramural sports, dancing with Harvard’s Latin dance troupe, and playing Settlers of Catan with friends. He’s super excited to meet you all at HMC San Francisco 2024!

Patrick Pieper

Patrick is a Sophomore in Cabot. He had a multicultural upbringing - growing up in Paris and later Innsbruck, Austria - and was fortunate to enjoy internship and travel opportunities throughout his 2 gap-years, which took him to Dubai, Beijing, and across Europe. He is very interested in global affairs and emerging markets and hopes to be in a position to travel for work later in his career. Currently, he is looking to concentrate in both Government and NELC, and hopes to study another language before graduating. Patrick looks forward to being a part of HMCSF, as he cares about bringing a nuanced and international perspective to the conference.

Isaiah Flores

Hello everyone! My name is Isaiah Flores and I am from Texas. At Harvard I study Economics and Environmental Science and Public Policy. Outside of academics, I am involved in Harvard Model Congress and the Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, working out, and being in the outdoors.

Cameron Reckard

Faculty Liaison

Cameron is a sophomore in Quincy House concentrating in Statistics with a secondary in Economics. This is Cameron's second year on the staff of HMCSF, and he is so excited to make this year's conference a success! Originally from Wyoming, Cameron is also a tour guide at Harvard, and he loves sitting down and playing board games with friends. When not working on homework, you’ll find him planning his next trip or catching up on his favorite shows.

Samantha Wilhoit

Samantha Wilhoit is a Junior at Harvard College studying Government with a focus in Public and Foreign Policy. Outside of HMC, Samnatha is a Deputy Director of U.S Government for the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, where she is currently leading a team of researchers on a project commissioned by the White House Council on Native American Affairs to improve Indigenous rights in the United States. Samantha enjoys reading, creative writing, photography, teaching, and practicing service-based leadership.

Soleei Guasp

Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Soleei Guasp (she/her) is a sophomore living in Adams House studying Government with a secondary in Educational Studies. She is from Massachusetts and its her second year staffing for HMCSF and Boston. When not staffing for HMC, she can be found singing in her choir, performing in a musical or dancing for the hip hop dance team on campus! She is so excited to return to San Francisco for another year!
