Cameron Reckard

Cameron is a sophomore in Quincy House concentrating in Statistics with a secondary in Economics. This is Cameron's third year on the staff of HMCSF, and he is so excited to make this year's conference a success! Originally from Wyoming, Cameron is also a tour guide at Harvard, and he loves sitting down and playing board games with friends. When not working on homework, you’ll find him planning his next trip or catching up on his favorite shows.

Layla Kelly

Layla is a first-year living in Pennypacker, studying Government and Economics. She is originally from Fort Wayne Indiana and can't wait to work with amazing delegates from across the country! In her free time, you'll find Layla involved at the Institute of Politics, grabbing an iced latte from Blank Street, or going for walks along the Charles River.

Alexandra Oikonomou

Alexandra Oikonomou is a junior in Dunster House studying Government and Philosophy with a secondary in Psychology. She was born and raised in Athens, Greece and she is passionate about educational equity, disability advocacy, immigration policy, and international relations. Outside of HMC, she is involved with the Institute of Politics, the Phillips Brooks House Association, the Ethics Society, and the International Relations Council. In her free time, you can find her playing volleyball or bracing the cold Boston weather with a comically large jacket and a cup of hot chocolate while reading a book or writing by the Charles River. She is very excited to meet all the delegates and faculty of HMCSF 2025!

Isaiah Flores

Isaiah is a sophomore in Adams, studying Economics with a secondary in Environmental Science and Public Policy. He is from Amarillo, Texas and spends his free time running along the charles and birdwatching. Outside of Harvard Model Congress, he is an intern for the US Department of Commerce and a plant dad to many leafy children. Isaiah is looking forward to a great conference in 2025!

Jacky Loc

Faculty Liaison

Jacky is a freshman in Matthews Hall, studying government (likely) on the Public Policy Track. He is from San Francisco, California, so he is particularly excited to welcome everyone to his beloved hometown for HMCSF 2026! Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Jacky loves to keep up with current events (especially local issues!), binge-watch dramas and sitcoms, and collect postcards of iconic skylines. Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Jacky is a member of the Harvard Undergraduate Urban Sustainability Lab and four programs at Harvard’s Institute of Politics.

Selim Fourati

Selim is a freshman in Matthews, concentrating is Social Studies and Economics. He is from Tunis, Tunisia. He is a HUGE fan of Bojack Horseman and tries his best to read as many books as he can. Outside of Model Congress, Selim is involved in the Institute of Politics, the International Review, and Woodbridge International Student Society.

Riya Sikand

Riya is a first-year from New Jersey studying Computer Science and Molecular & Cellular Biology with a minor in Government. She is so excited to be a part of the HMC San Francisco Board! Riya led her high school’s Model Congress Club, participating in HMC Boston as a delegate for all four years in high school! This year, she was a Junior Staffer for HMC Boston, and now she is looking forward to playing a bigger role in a conference that has changed her life! Outside of HMC, Riya is a part of the Harvard Undergraduate Biotechnology Club, The Crimson Sports Board, Tech 4 Social Good, Harvard Model UN, the Quantum Computing Association, the Clean Energy Group, and the Institute of Politics Women’s Initiative in Leadership. In her free time, Riya enjoys reading, painting, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family (and her dog, Mocha!). Riya is looking forward to welcoming everyone to HMCSF 2026!

Soleei Guasp 

Soleei is a sophomore in Adams studying Social Studies with a Secondary in Computer Science. She is from Boston, MA and is involved in HMC Boston and Europe as a Senior Staffer. Outside of Harvard Model Congress, Soleei dances with Expressions Dance Company, is a member of the Harvard Public Opinion Project, Conferences, Women In Leadership and the Policy Program for the Is. In here free time, she loves to go to raves, concerts and go to musical theatre shows! She is incredibly excited to be partaking in her 3rd year with HMCSF!
